For more than two decades I've supported people to establish positive foundations for themselves and their children rooted in holistic full-circle care.
As a Shamanic Practitioner, Doula, and Holistic Therapist I offer kinship and sacred spaces for healing and rights of passage inviting us to explore what truly matters during times of great change.
Through in-person and remote sessions, held via workshops, retreats, mentorship, and ceremonial spaces, I support multi modality healing environments creating compassionate space where all is welcome.

Through conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond we connect to the divinity of the creative feminine force within. Sessions of Conscious Conception, Birth Ceremony & Doula Care Packages support the full circle cycle of creating and nurturing new life. With ongoing support
as your family grows, we honour ancestors and hold descendants inside of new family foundations.
